You are settling into the new home quite nicely :)
hehe - a yarn pilgramage. I like that idea!

Ooooh! I've been hearing about that new Noro Sock yarn. Can't wait to hear how it is knit up!

Sigh...This post makes me homesick for Boston.

The warehouse, she is amazing, no?

Oooooo, noro sock! Congrats on your purchases, doesn't it feel good to buy? You got a bunch of yummy stuff there.

Yay and not so much! I am so picking it up this weekend and starting on that seaming. Dammit. Dammit. Dammit.

And so jealous you got to go to Webs. What a dream. I would have gone nuts in there.

You must tell me what you think of the Noro sock. I have a fear of it being so itchy but I love it and want to try.

Webs is my MIL's LYS. She's the one who taught me to knit. Thus, Webs was the first yarn store I ever visited. Kind of spoiled me for all the rest!

Your Twist is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I love how it turned out! And yeah, let's just say it's a good thing that I don't live ANYWHERE near WEBS. My little brother goes to UMass though and I'm always thinking about how I could visit him and go yarn shopping too...

isn't that place delish? the first time i went in there, i thought my heart was going to explode (or my walet implode, whichever came first). boy howdy i love it :) and the people are the bestest ever!! i called them like 4 times the first time i was TRYING to get there (and got pathetically lost) and they talked me through it, then made me tea when i got there to congradulate me on making it!

Missed WEBS by 30 miles this summer :-(

I'm a little late in seeing this post, but I had to laugh. The 'produce' scale is hilarious and very appropriate.

I am so jealous I can't stand it.
