I've managed to finish my back-tack project *just* under the wire. Technically my receiver should have it by the end of June, but I'm cheating a little. It'll go out Priority Mail first thing tomorrow.
I made a hardcover sewing notions case altered from my circular needlecase tutorial. Inside I've added some new scissors, a new seam ripper, some loop turners, a marking pencil and a cute little pink measuring tape. There's a little zip pouch (I used thimble's tutorial) for thread or other little whatnots than might need a secure home. There's also a little tote bag with a pink striped liner that I'm including for projects or for her little girl to carry around so she has a bag that matches mommy's sewing stuff.
I don't want to let it all go! I think I'll have to make a setup like this just for me. It was a challenge to use notions and colours that I didn't pick, but I think it came out nicely. I'd definitely sign up for another back-tack swap.
